Recently, we have received many emails regarding the tracking updates being halted for orders shipped to Canada in November and December.

The delay, as we have found, is due to the postal workers’ strike in Canada that lasted for a month. According to Canadian news sources, they have resumed work since the end of December. Due to the prolonged strike, shipments from all over the world to Canada are now congested and awaiting clearance at Canadian airports. Once processed, the packages will be sent to customers.

This is an unforeseen situation related to political issues in Canada, and we have no control over it. We kindly ask for our customers’ understanding in this matter.
