Announcement: Temporary Suspension of Registered Small Packet Shipping Method in Certain Countries

Due to the upcoming Lunar New Year 2025 in Asia, Vietnam Post has temporarily suspended the Registered Small Packet shipping method in certain countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom. We expect this service to resume by mid-February 2025, following the conclusion of the Lunar New Year holiday.

Therefore, orders choosing the Registered Small Packet shipping method during this period will be redirected to Epacket (US) and Royal Mail (UK) services.
Registered Small Packet is an affordable airmail shipping method provided by the post office, suitable for orders under 2kg (4.4 lbs), with an estimated delivery time of 12–18 days.

We will notify you when the service resumes normal operations.
