Notice Regarding Shipping to the United States

Due to the new U.S. tax regulations and the ongoing trade conflict with China, shipping products of Chinese origin to the United States has become extremely difficult.

1. Products that can still be shipped to the U.S.

Smaller model accessories such as clothing (shoes, outfits, bikinis, hats, etc.), furniture (tables, chairs), weapon models, or parts taken from a complete figure such as head sculpts, can be shipped. However, all Chinese text on the product packaging must be removed before shipping.

2. Products that currently cannot be shipped to the U.S. and the reasons why

For higher-value products such as Boxed Action Figures and PVC Figures, shipping is currently impossible. No shipping carrier is accepting parcels with an origin declared as China.

Carriers (EMS, Air Parcel, DHL, FedEx, UPS) require that all product boxes and instruction sheets containing Chinese text be removed, and that the goods be declared as manufactured in another country instead of China. However, even with these measures, there is no guarantee of smooth delivery, as U.S. customs strictly inspects parcels under the new tax regulations.

Reason:
Carriers do not ship small parcels individually. Instead, they consolidate them into large consignments. If even one parcel in such a consignment is flagged, the entire batch may be suspended at customs. Because of this risk, carriers are highly reluctant to ship goods of Chinese origin to the U.S.

The Epacket (USPS) option is simpler, as we can remove all packaging, instructions, or cover Chinese text on product boxes. However, if the parcel is lost or delivery fails for any reason, the maximum compensation is only $10. Therefore, Epacket is too risky for high-value shipments.

Current Solution:
We would very much like to test shipments of similar products to the U.S. via Air Parcel (removing Chinese text from product packaging and discarding Chinese-language instruction sheets). However, given the high value of boxed action figures and PVC figures, we prefer to first run trials with smaller, lower-value shipments to evaluate the process. This will require additional time.

Therefore, we are still suspending shipping methods to the United States for high-value orders and only offering Epacket for low-value orders.
