Notice of Shipping Rate Increase Effective January 1, 2025

The Vietnam Post system has increased shipping rates effective from January 1, 2025. We were not notified in advance and only discovered this change while packaging orders for shipment, which has affected some orders. Shipping rates will be updated for methods operated by the postal service, including Registered Small Packet, Air Parcel, and EMS.

• The shipping cost for the Registered Small Packet method increases by 1 dollar per order.
• Depending on the country, the shipping cost for the Air Parcel and EMS methods increases by 4 to 15 dollars per order.

We are currently updating the new shipping rates on the 2DBEAT website and expect to complete this process within the next 24 hours.
