Temporary Suspension of Shipping Services to the United States

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that Vietnampost (VNPost) has temporarily suspended all shipping services to the United States, including Air Parcel, EMS, and Registered Small Packet.

The official reason cited is the lack of available flights. However, we believe this may also be related to new customs and tariff policies recently introduced by the new U.S. administration.

Please note:
All orders shipped before June 15th are not affected and can still be tracked and processed as usual.
Customers in the United States can still place orders that include products in the pre-order category.

For orders valued under $50, we are still able to ship via Epacket (USPS). However, to comply with current customs regulations, we must remove the product’s original outer packaging, especially if it contains information indicating the product was manufactured in China.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
