Some products on our website are marked as Special Order (9–12 Days).

These items are not kept in our warehouse. After your order is placed, we purchase them from our trusted suppliers. It typically takes 9–12 days for the item to arrive at our warehouse before we ship it to you.

Because supplier inventory and pricing may change without notice, availability and price cannot be guaranteed until your order is processed. We strongly recommend clicking ENQUIRY before placing your order to confirm the latest stock and price. We usually reply within 1 hour.

If the item is unavailable or the supplier has changed the price, we will contact you before proceeding. If you choose not to continue, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Exception: If you are ordering Figure Clothing & Accessories, you can usually place your order directly without contacting us first, as these items rarely go out of stock or experience price changes.
