International shipping resumed from May 25

Today, May 25th, Vietnam Post has accepted international shipments through EMS, AirParcel, and Registered Small Packet services. However, we are still unable to access the application and website for managing tracking numbers. Shipping will depend on postal workers manually entering recipient addresses into their system. Therefore, we are monitoring and supervising shipments of moderate value to assess their transport capability.

For some high-value items, we will note this on the product page and notify customers (if payment has been made), delaying shipment until July 15th to ensure safe transport logistics.
