- Currently, in order to ship products to the United States via Epacket, all packaging with Chinese characters and “Made in China” labels must be removed (We will need to remove the outer box and the instruction sheet containing Chinese text from the new product). With Epacket (USPS), customers will NOT need to pay import taxes. However, we can only accept orders valued under $250 for Epacket shipping.
- Other shipping methods to the U.S. such as EMS, UPS, and Air Parcel have been suspended, as U.S. tax regulations are very complex and vary by state. In addition, products with Chinese characters on the packaging are often delayed or blocked by U.S. customs. We have not yet found any shipping company that can resolve this issue, and we are still waiting for further updates from both the carriers and U.S. authorities.
