Currently, in order to ship products to the United States via Epacket, all packaging with Chinese characters and “Made in China” labels must be removed. With this method, customers will not need to pay import taxes. However, we can only accept orders valued under $250 for Epacket shipping.
Other shipping methods to the U.S. such as EMS, UPS, and Air Parcel have been suspended, as U.S. tax regulations are very complex and vary by state. In addition, products with Chinese characters on the packaging are often delayed or blocked by U.S. customs.
